Vero Derm Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Non-Redemption for Cash
   Gift Cards issued by the Company are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

2. Non-Refundable
   All Gift Card purchases are final. Gift Cards are non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of loss, theft, damage, or partial use.

3. Non-Transferable
   Gift Cards are non-transferable and may be used only by the individual to whom they were originally issued. Unauthorized resale or transfer is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptance of Terms
   By completing the purchase of a Gift Card, the Customer expressly acknowledges, agrees to, and accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

5. Additional Terms
   The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Any updates will take effect immediately upon publication.
