Laser Hair Removal

Laser Hair Removal works by directing beams of pulsing light over each hair to permanently remove it, or inhibit regrowth at the root or follicle. 

Laser hair removal is virtually painless.

 

 

The laser is safe and although most people have no problems, occasionally there can be a skin reaction. We are scrupulous in adhering to high-quality standards and safety practices.

Treatments are typically administered in a series of 6 treatments and performed at intervals of a minimum of 3-4 weeks, to allow hair regrowth. In some cases, a few extra sessions may be required.

Same small light color hair may regrow in the future, so a maintenance session every 12 months is recommended 

 

At the first session, we perform a skin test to ensures that you will know the results you can expect in advance, and you will be sure that your skin is compatible with this treatment.

 

At Vero Derm we use a high-end FDA approved equipment operated by an experienced and certified Laser Technician and supervised by our Medical Director to guarantee safety and effectiveness. 

 

Our device is equipped with a special handle that can treat dark skin color because use a patented filter safe on highly pigmented skins.

The Treatment

Duration:  15-90 minutes

Contraindications

Treatment is not recommended and is not performed to patients with the following conditions unless a physician evaluate the case and take responsibility.

  • Pregnancy

 

  • Patient under treatment with photo sensitive drugs

 

  • Tanned skin

 

  • Tendency to keloid formation

 

  • Uncontrolled Diabetes

 

  • Cancer or other skin lesions (wounds, acne, tatoos, etc.)

 

  • Cardiac or neurological diseases (epilepsy)

 

  • Blood coagulation disorders

After Laser Hair Removal Procedure

  • The treated area may show erythematic and redness that normally disappear in 48-72 hours

 

  • Avoid Sun Exposure in between sessions and 4 weeks after

 

  • Always wear Sunscreen with an SPF 30 minimum

Disclaimer

6 treatments are necessary to remove 60% to 90% of the hairs depending on the individual, very thin and light color hairs may not be removed. 

Some regrow may happen after many years.

24 HOURS BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations or Reschedule with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50, for services at price list under $100, and a fee of $100 for services at Price list over $100. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

Any Customer booking an appointment will automatically accept the above term condition.
